Managing histamine intolerance is exhausting
Most apps treat food as calories to count. For you, it's a minefield to navigate. PrepPilot is built for that.
Memorizing safe foods
Between SIGHI levels, liberators, FODMAP stacking, and OAS cross-reactions, it's a lot to hold in your head three times a day.
Racing the clock
Proteins and leftovers build up histamine by the hour. Miss the safe window and you're either tossing food or risking a reaction.
Second-guessing every plate
Was it the lunch or the dinner? Without a record, spotting your triggers is guesswork.
Three steps to a calmer week
Set it up once, then let PrepPilot do the remembering.
Set your food rules
A 2-minute setup captures your dietary filters, allergies, dislikes, and equipment.
Get a weekly plan + shopping list
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the week, plus a categorized list ready to shop.
Cook with confidence
Track freshness, mark meals as you cook, and PrepPilot flags what to use first before it turns.
Everything you need to eat with confidence
The whole loop (plan, shop, track, cook, log), designed around sensitive eating.
Meal plans built around your safe foods
Personalized weekly plans that respect low-histamine, low-FODMAP, low-oxalate, and OAS filters at once, plus your own allergies, dislikes, and kitchen equipment.
Freshness tracking that beats the clock
Every protein and leftover gets a time-based risk score, so you cook the salmon before it turns and never guess whether last night's dinner is still safe.
Plan → shop → pantry, in one flow
Your meal plan generates a categorized shopping list, and bulk-adds everything you bought to your pantry at once. No retyping, no spreadsheets.
Fast meal logging
“Cooked it,” “Froze it,” “Leftovers.” Logging what happened to your food takes seconds, and your plan and pantry stay in sync automatically.
Leftover-safe by design
Declare leftovers after cooking and PrepPilot can schedule tomorrow's lunch for you, with a hard 24-hour freshness limit baked in.
Grounded in real data
Ingredient ratings draw on SIGHI, Monash FODMAP, and the Oxalosis Foundation, not vibes. Every risk cue is an estimate you stay in control of.

Questions, answered
Is PrepPilot medical advice?+
No. PrepPilot is a meal-planning and pantry-management tool, not a medical device. Risk scores are estimates based on general food-safety guidelines and ingredient databases. Always consult your healthcare provider about your specific needs, and when in doubt about a food, discard it.
Which diets does it support?+
Low-histamine (SIGHI), low-FODMAP (Monash), and low-oxalate (OHF) filters, plus an Oral Allergy Syndrome toggle. You can also exclude individual ingredients or whole food families (all shellfish, all nightshades, and so on), and those carry into every plan and shopping list.
How does freshness tracking work?+
Each pantry item gets a risk score from its histamine level, how long it's been sitting, its state (fresh, frozen, thawing, cooked, leftover), and how fast that food typically spoils. Items move through green → yellow → red so you always know what to use first.
Is PrepPilot free? When does it launch?+
PrepPilot is in private alpha right now and free for testers, no credit card required. We invite people from the waitlist in batches as we add capacity.
iOS or Android?+
Both, starting today in your browser. PrepPilot runs as a web app on iPhone, Android, and desktop with no install, and you can tap “Add to Home Screen” for an app-like icon and full-screen launch. Native Android and iOS apps are on the way.
